All our accomodations are situated near the school, the town center and the beach.

Shared apartment: Independent and comfortable. You share an apartment with other students from Academia Valcía. A shared apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with tv and a kitchen with washing machine and ironing board.
Bed linen, towels (except beach-towels), water, gas, electricity and weekly cleaning of the apartment (with the exception of washing-up) are included in the price.



Shared apartment +: Independent and comfortable. Cosy apartments, situated in a calm neighbourhood, just two minutes from the beach and at an eight minute stroll from the school. Your spacious and light apartment has a balcony, sea view and panoramic view at national park Doñana. You share your apartment with other students from Academia Valcía. These apartments consist of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with tv and a kitchen with washing machine and ironing board.

Guest family: A perfect option to learn Spanish outside the classroom is to stay with one of our guest families. As a member of the family you experience Spanish traditions, culture and lifestyle. All families are carefully selected and are all experienced in accomodating students from other cultures. Within the guest family you have your own individual room. Students with the same nationality preferably don't live with the same guest family. Bed linen, towels (except beach-towels) and weekly washing of clothes are included in the price.
Full board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the family's habits. Half board includes: breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner.

Hotel or guest house: We can also make a hotel reservation for you. Choices vary from a simple guest house to a former distinguished manor, a hotel in Andalucian style, a modern hotel near the beach or at the golf resort. Please contact us for information on prices.

Private apartment: If you prefer to have your own apartment. We can arrange private apartments near the beach, in the town center or bungalows with swimming pool. Please contact us for information on prices.
